I highly recommend East Valley Lock and Key. The lock on our office door broke and they promptly came out and repaired it. The locksmith was pleasant and knowledgeable and I will use them again since they also do residential.

I was desperate for a lock smith and found East Valley off of Google. To my surprise, the guy who answered the phone was so friendly and willing to help! He informed me someone could possibly get out to my office by the end of business day. I was shocked that I got a call 10 minutes later letting me know someone would be by within the next 10 minutes! The service was outstanding and **** ******* was extremely helpful. I would recommend them to my family and friends, and now my company!

I recently purchased a new home in the arcadia area that was a short sale so the locks we questionable at best. After looking around for a few days I decided to go with east valley lock and key. They guy came out went over every door with me making suggestions to keep me safe. I really liked the dedbolt he put in. It was the oe like a hotel, that you could lock from te inside and not be seen on the out side. My house is secure now and I will be calling them again in the future. I was very happy with how everything came out.

The other day I locked myself outside outside on my patio at my condo complex…on the third floor. The really bad part about this was that my roommate was outside with me and our front door was locked. So it was definitely time to call a locksmith. I found East Valley Lock and Key on Google and saw that they had some good reviews so I called them and explained the situation. The guy on the phone told me that Jack would be by in about 35 minutes… not to bad in my mind. He got there and had us back inside in about that much time. Other than paying to get into my place the locksmith service was great. Thanks.

I recently had to let and employee go this week and needed to get the locks on my office changed again. I called up East Valley again because they are a great locksmith company, they gave me a discount because im a return customer. Jack came out this time and was quick and professional, much better than the other locksmiths I have used in the past.

Last night I had an emergency situation develop where I had to find a locksmith after hours to re key my office building. I placed the call to East Valley Lock and Key and spoke with Jacob who said he would be there within the hour. He contacted me two times to assure me he was on his way and arrived ahead of schedule and within 20 minutes I was keyed, secured, and on my way home. Fantastic customer service and friendly dependable service.

Called up East Valley Lock and Key and they had a good quote, got Jack to meet me at my car at 7am in hopes of not being late to work. He had the key cut and working within an hour and I was on my way. I even got a spare for half the price of the first so that this NEVER happens again lol. Thanks!

So I came to my office last Monday morning to a busted lock and and an empty store! I run a small web marketing firm with 2 employees, three desks and computers. They were all gone… :(. Thankfully I back up all my data but I was extremely upset by this. Once I calmed down I called East Valley Lock and Key to come repair the door locks at my business. This was taken care of by Jack, (who is really cool by the way!) who called and told me he would be at my office in about 45 minutes to take a look and help repair the damage. In a bad situation he helped me choose a much better lock assembly for my door, took me through all the pricing and options, told me how exactly they broke in and why the new lock, A Schlage high security lock is what got installed on my business, and it works great! I lost my car key in the morning before I go to work. I have searched on Google for a locksmith but no one answered my call at 6AM. Then my neighbor recommended East Valley Lock and Key Service to me. I called them and they sent a locksmith to my home at 6:35AM. Fast service and fair price. I just locked out my car key inside and I don\’t have any spare key to open my door. I called East Valley Lock and Key Service and the locksmith came in quickly to rescue me. I had a purchased a used filing cabinet and needed to have a key made or lock replaced. I called several locksmiths and chose East Valley Lock and Key. I contacted them needing a Chrysler TC FOB made as mine gives a \”Bad Key\” message when I insert it in the ignition. I called them and I was quoted over the phone $80 for the key and $35 for the house call. I was told a technician would contact me soon. I got the call from the tech (could barely understand him as he spoke fast and mumbled) and he asked me what the car was again. I thought I already told them? Then he said he\’d have to check with the store to see if they have my FOB. He calls back 1/2 hour later telling me it will cost $350 to $450. Wow. That is bate and switch. I had two other locksmiths quote me at $260. When I told me never mind he said, \”Sorry I bothered\”. I do not recommend these guys.

My mother just passed away a month ago and she left a box without the key. This was her important box to store her precious thins such as jewelry, securities, savings books, etc. I called East Valley Lock and Key to unlocked it because I don\’t want to spoil the box. He re-keyed my door very fast and gave a reasonable price. When I want to give him an extra money he rejected it and said that it was contrary to the promise of his profession. I just bought a new home in Scottsdale – (very excited!) and I wanted to get all the outside door locks re-keyed for extra security…. you never know.
